These little 'cakes' are so quick and easy and don't even need to go in the oven! I've not met anyone who doesn't like them and they cost less than 20p each.
Ingredients
200g cornflakes
200g milk chocolate
4 tbsps golden syrup
100g butter
Bag of mini eggs
Cake cases - 24
How to make
Put the chocolate, cornflakes and golden syrup in to a saucepan and melt over a low heat.
Mix well and then leave to cool for about a minute.
Put the cornflakes into a bowl and pour over the chocolate mixture - mix together carefully making sure all the cornflakes are covered.
Spoon into the cake cases.
Top with a mini egg and put into the fridge to 'set' for a couple of hours.
